Jay Hill
is the business owner. He recruits for the National Plastics Division of Feggestad & Hill with an emphasis in the plastic injection molding industry placing technical people in production related jobs. Prior to starting the company in the Spring of 1996, Jay was a Human Resource Manager for a large manufacturer in Western Wisconsin. He has over 15 years experience in manufacturing and human resources. Over the years, Jay has provided staffing solutions for a broad range of industries. Jay received his Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.

Carmen Fisher
is our Account Manager for the National Plastics Division. Carmen brings over 20 years of plastics and human resources knowledge from her previous employer, an injection molding company. In her previous position, as Staffing Manager, she was responsible for filling all positions in manufacturing locations (both nationally and internationally) and corporate office needs. For Feggestad & Hill, Carmen is placing technical people in engineering positions throughout the plastics industry. Carmen’s vast experience has allowed her to succeed and in the few years she has been with the firm, she has helped hundreds of people find new opportunities.

Kristen Papp
is our Account Manager for the Regional Manufacturing Division. Prior to joining F&H in 2003, she worked with a promotional marketing agency in Minneapolis. Kristen focuses primarily on staffing for local companies in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Her professionalism, follow up skills and enthusiasm are of great service to her clients. Kristen is a Wisconsin native with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls.
