Maintenance Technician – J100
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding and all support equipment.
Repair over 30 presses including VanDorn, Arburg, and Nissei that
range from 40 to 300 tons. Moldsetting, plumbing and preventative
maintenance. Calibrate and test cartridge valves. Hydraulic
Technician for auxiliary equipment aboard ship in the Navy. Current
Certifications include Machinist Mate A, Manatee Votec, SMC
Pneumatics, QS-9000 Training.
Process Engineer – C100
B.S. in Plastic Engineering Technology. Responsible for running samples.
Establishing new processes and molding parameters. Ensured molds were production
ready and initiating necessary mold repairs. Responsible for mold changes and
troubleshooting processes. Proficient in changing and setting up Star and Yushin
Robots.
Injection
Molding Lead Supervisor – J105
Hands on Supervisor in Molding Department. Maintain production schedule of 23
presses. Create new process setups for new and existing products as well as
engineering samples, prototype products and outsourced tool tryouts.
Troubleshoot product processing tryout. Certified welder, trained in Lockout/Tagout,
HAZWOPER, Emergency Action Plan, SPC training, Ford Certified Trouble Shooting,
VanDorn, Demag technical training, and Robotics experience.

speed variability testing capabilities that reduced alpha and bets risk used in
DryView 8100 and 8200. Defined and ensure conformance of injection molded and
